Paint & Sip Party Booking & Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Booking
A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 is required to secure your chosen date and time.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans can change. However, as materials are purchased and dates are reserved exclusively for your event, the following cancellation charges apply:
More than 3 months before the event: Loss of the £50 booking deposit only.
Between 3 months and 1 month before the event: 25% of the total booking fee is payable.
Between 1 month and 14 days before the event: 50% of the total booking fee is payable.
Less than 14 days before the event (including no-shows): 100% of the total booking fee is payable.
Changes to Your Booking
Requests to change the event date are subject to availability and are at my discretion. A change of date may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking if sufficient notice is not provided.
Cancellation by Me
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond my control, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. I cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred.
Acceptance
By paying the booking deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Consultation: We’ll discuss your goals, group size, and preferred format to create the perfect event for your team.
Setup: I’ll provide all the materials and guide your team step-by-step through the activity. This can be in person or delivered via teams or similar.
Event Day: Enjoy a fun, engaging, and creative session that leaves your team inspired and connected.
Take Home Masterpieces: Each participant will leave with their own creation as a memento of the experience.
